Sener’s Respira, winner of the VI edition of the ABB Ability Awards

Sener’s Respira solution has been the winner in the Enterprise category of the ABB Ability Awards. These awards, organized by the electrical engineering and automation company ABB, in collaboration with the economic newspaper Cinco Días, recognize the work of organizations that are committed to the digital transformation of their processes or management systems, as well as the training initiatives they promote for the acquisition of digital skills. Among other factors, the jury has assessed the social and business impact of Respira, the replicability of its model, its innovative nature, the existence of a vision for the future and clear objectives, or its contribution to the different pillars of sustainable development, among other criteria. favorable.

Applying artificial intelligence, Respira balances complex variables (such as temperature, humidity, energy consumption and air quality) to predict the environmental and operating conditions of a facility, improving the well-being of its users and reducing costs. Respira has outstanding success stories in suburban transport, large infrastructures and connected spaces, such as the Barcelona Metro (TMB). Recently, Respira was a finalist in the II El Periódico de la Energía Awards.

The gala, attended on behalf of Sener by Guillem Peris, head of energy efficiency solutions in the Digital area, and Enrique Gómez, director of Urban Transport, took place on October 3 at the Archaeological Museum of Madrid (MAN).
