At Sener, we approach urban regeneration as an opportunity to reconnect cities with their natural, cultural and social environments. From the master plan for Distrito Central 2050 in Tegucigalpa to the Bahía de Argel, where we reconfigured the coastal edge to overcome barriers between the city and the sea, our projects integrate landscape, infrastructure and identity into cohesive, resilient environments.
Our portfolio includes transformative interventions such as the Parque de la Sagrera in Barcelona, which reclaims land above high-speed railway lines to create green continuity, and the Burtzeña Industrial Park, where we redefined industrial land use through environmental recovery and spatial restructuring. In India, master plans for Bijwasan in Delhi and Shivaji Nagar in Pune address large-scale mobility and housing needs while incorporating green corridors and inclusive public spaces. Similarly, in Mexico, we have developed urban strategies for Puebla and Veracruz that align territorial development with sustainability and cultural preservation.
