Keon Park station

Sener was engaged by MTM as the Signalling Design and Testing & Commissioning. Provider for the removal of the Level Crossing on Keon Parade at Reservoir in Victoria for a Rail Bridge and new Station.

This will improve:

Safety for motorists and pedestrians.
Reduce congestion.
Increase frequency of Train Services
Reliability of train services.

The existing Keon Park station will be replaced with a new elevated station with modern facilities for the community at Keon Park including a new bus interchange, and station parking.

As the Signalling contractor we are responsible for all the signalling design and the Testing and Commissioning which is being delivered in 4 stages:

Stage 1: Enabling Works.
Stage 2: Temporary Double Line Running
Stage 3: Final Double Line Running
Stage 4: Station commissioning

Each stage requiring specific Signalling Design and Testing & Commissioning components resulting in a final Commissioning event in July 2024.
