High Gain Antenna Gimbal (HGAG) for the rover Perseverance of the Mars 2020 mission
The tugboat owner Rimorchiatori Riuniti Panfido & C.SRL entrusted Sener with the conceptual design, basic engineering and technical assistance in the construction of a combined floating natural gas supply unit for the Mediterranean and Adriatic.
This Sener project resulted in an innovative solution for marine LNG technology that serves the purpose of towing, escort, rescue, supply and salvage, as well as marine gas and diesel refueling of large cruise ships.
The SBBT (semi ballastable barge transporter) unit consists of a tug as a dual engine (MDO and LNG) power unit, and a non-propelled barge as cargo unit, for supplying LNG of 4,000 m3 and MDO of 1,000 m3 capacity.
With a total power of 2*2560 kW.
Designed to accompany large vessels.

Its design contemplates eventual maritime rescue and supply tasks.
